Etched and carved singing bowls are rather different from others in the field of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. The artisans etch detailed designs onto their surface or carve them out. Most of their designs have spiritual or symbolic meanings. Mandalas, mantras, and elements of nature often represent these meanings. It adds an aesthetic and meditative effect to the etched and carved singing bowls. The etching or carving enhances the visual effect, yet it still retains the engraved bowl’s soothing and healing sound. This is why they are very popular in sound therapy, meditation, and spiritual practices for their soothing vibrations and their distinctive artistic look.
We are working with Himalayan artisans to stock new pieces in this collection.
